Toyota Prius 2025: Concept, Interior, Pictures

Toyota Prius 2025: Concept, Interior, Pictures. Given that the Toyota Prius was completely rebuilt in 2023, you can’t really expect major and abrupt modifications in the new 2025 model. During the 2023 transition, the Prius received dramatic upgrades, a more elegant appearance, improved performance, increased fuel economy, and a wider range of high-tech capabilities. Because of those alterations, the 2025 model is left with only minimal improvements, therefore don’t anticipate the model to improve dramatically.

Performance and Powertrain

Toyota continues to provide two powertrain options from the previous model. A four-cylinder engine with a capacity of 2.0 liters would be linked with an electric motor capable of producing 194 hp and working in tandem with the front wheel drive system. The second would employ the same powertrain as the first, but with an additional electric motor (thus two electric motors) positioned on the back wheels, generating a total of 196 hp. Toyota claims that the Prius can achieve 57 mpg combined.

The Inside Cabin

As there is major change happening on the outside, the inside ambiance might be expected to shift as well. It is safe to assume that the 2025 Toyota Prius cabin will be the same as the current model. The (tiered) dashboard and the one-of-a-kind instrument cluster layout are still present on the upper side of the dashboard, right inside the V shape. It would be directly behind the driving wheel, which would be Prius’s initial approach. The large central touchscreen would be placed on the dashboard’s upper side. It would be installed directly above the physical controls of the HVAC system.

Depending on the trim level, different features would be available. The lowest trim should include a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreen, Bluetooth, WiFi hotspot, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, satellite radio, 6 USB ports, 6 audio speakers, and other features. More features are possible (and expected) at higher trim levels.

The Outside Design

You have to admit that the latest Prius looks better than the previous generation. The general curves, lines, and shapes are absolutely right since they complement each other. All of this will occur in 2023, so don’t expect any fresh spectacular transformations.

It’s safe to assume that the new Prius has a rather sweeping exterior that aids in air circulation. The automobile can effortlessly and efficiently flip through air. The front end has a rounded appearance that provides dramatic (C-shaped) headlights that lead directly to the thin grille. Then there’s the large air inlet on the front bumper.

On the side, there is a wedge form for the Prius profile, as well as prominent body lines on the side sills and doors. The rear region should include large windshields that go directly to the rear spoiler, as well as an upright rear end and a horizontal light bar.

Price and release date

The primary competitors for the Prius are the Hyundai Elantra hybrid, Toyota Corolla hybrid, Hyundai Sonata hybrid, Honda Accord hybrid, and Toyota Camry hybrid. There has been no word on when the new Prius will be available. However, based on the release of the 2023 model, the 2025 should be available in dealerships in early 2025. The price should be the same as (or close to) the existing model. It ranges from about $28,500 to over $37,000. More information on the 2025 Toyota Prius should be available soon.
